Payments are handled by Stripe – card data never reaches BEON.RUN. Invoices and payment methods are in "Manage subscription". A plan change never interrupts a running stream – new limits apply to the next one.
For organizers
Organizing a race? The organizer account works independently of your runner plan.
You get an organizer account after verification: an event page, registrations, live GPS tracking of runners, streams from the course, a control room and a big screen. Extra capacity packs will launch together with payments.

Questions about plans
Do I need to install an app?
No. BEON.RUN runs in the browser on your phone and computer. You can add it to your phone's home screen.
Can I stream from my phone?
Yes – your phone is the main streaming device. Camera, microphone and GPS work in the browser once you allow them.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone who opens a public or link-only stream can watch. A private stream is visible only to you and the members of your group run.
Can I import GPX?
Yes. Import a GPX file as a route, run it with off-route alerts, and export your routes back to GPX.
Can I run in a group?
Yes, on PLATINUM. The group run host invites participants, and each of them can stream.
Can I record my stream?
Yes, on PLATINUM. Recordings are private – only you see them – and you can play them back in a replay with your route.
How do plans work?
A plan starts when you activate it and renews monthly or yearly. Upgrades apply straight away, downgrades from the next period. Cancel any time – your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
Can an organizer show several streams?
Yes. Organizers show several runners' streams at once on the event page and on the big screen, and pick who to feature in the control room.
